We've partnered with the Alameda Country Food Bank and are grateful to be able to give away food to our community on a weekly basis. On average, we help feed 600 Bay Area families a month by providing free groceries, fresh fruits and vegetables, canned goods, and more.

At New Mercies Community Development, we believe that everyone deserves a safe and secure place to call home. That's why we offer referrals for housing and shelters in the Bay Area. Our team is dedicated to providing you with the support you need to find the right housing solution that fits your needs. We understand that every situation is different, and our personalized approach ensures that you receive the best possible referrals to find a place to call home.

We also host clothing and toy giveaways where we give away clothes and toys to people in the local community. We accept new and gently used clothes of all types and sizes.

Finding a job can be a challenging process, especially for those coming from difficult situations or backgrounds. At New Mercies Community Development, we offer job referrals for training and career counseling to anyone who needs help. Our goal is to provide individuals with the resources and support they need to succeed in their careers and in life. We are committed to helping our community thrive.

We've partnered with local health care providers to offer free medical services provided by licensed doctors. We also offer quarterly or semi-annual referral services to the homeless to help get them set up with housing, job interviews, and other resources.
